It is possible to eat in a healthy manner and still enjoy what you are eating. The modern American diet has many things in it (both obvious and hidden) which lead to poor health and energy. Over the years we have made many changes in our diet from which we feel very positive benefits. We have a very flavorful diet (Imran is from Pakistan and we all enjoy spicy food) yet we leave sugar out of our diet. One of our favorite ways to add healthy vegetables to our diet is to include sprouts. These are very simple to grow (even our youngest children can grow them) and the variety of flavors we get in our sprouts makes them enjoyable by everyone. When Aliya was one year old broccoli sprouts quickly became her favorite snack. We highly recommend sprouting.
